Intel Realsense D435 detected but not receiving frames

D435 is detected but shows an error "no frames detected"

I've tried to change the ports but on one port RGB frame is not detected

& on second port RGB frame is detected but no frame received error occurs

Operating System- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Sdk 2.0 and 64-bit processor

Can anyone help me fix this problem ?

The top right corner of the image warns that for the latest SDK version you are using, you need to update your camera's firmware (the driver that is stored inside your camera instead of on the PC) to at least firmware version 5.10.3.

You can perform this update on a Windows or Linux computer with the firmware updater too!.
