Is there any issue with USB consumption while using new FW ?

I'm not aware of a USB issue, if you are referring to the 'latest' firmware on the firmware download page (5.11.4). That firmware is classed as a Development firmware though. If stability is important to you then it is better to use a firmware classed as Production. The most recent Production firmware at the time of writing this is 5.11.6.200.
