Hi,
The camera was worked fine with older build and issue started when installed windows 10 latest build update.
I have tried with installing RealSense camera driver from intel website, but no use.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25044/Intel-RealSense-Depth-Camera-Manager Download Intel® RealSense™ Depth Camera Manager
It says device not connected.
I have attached a zip file containing screen shot of installation error and also logfiles from below folders for your information.
%temp%\micl_tmp_%username%
%windir%\Temp\micl_tmp_SYSTEM
%windir%\INF\setupapi.*
Please find the solution and provide me proper driver for the camera device compatible with windows 10 latest build 1803.
Thanks and Regards,
Stiles

Hello stiles,
Thank you for your contacting Intel® RealSense™ support.
Some of the troubleshooting we recommend for this issue is to reinstall the camera driver, the instructions to reinstall the driver can be found on the following link:

There are many workarounds posted in the RealSense Community but they don't work for all users.
