SDK 2016 R3 JavaScript support

I've just noticed that there is no more support for javascript in the current SDK.

Is this a definitive choice? Are there any alternatives?

Thank you for contacting us.As you mentioned, Java support is no longer supported in the latest SDK release. As an alternative to Java, you can use C++ or C# . I'm talking about JavaScript support, no Java.

I'm asking if there is any alternative way to use the camera in a web application.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify this.As you mentioned, Web service and JavaScript web apps are not supported in R3.
