USB-A Compatibility with USB-C interface?

I'm thinking about using a Intel RealSense scanning solution utilizing multiple RealSense cameras, however, most devices only carry a limited number (1) of USB-C interfaces. Strangely enough, I'm unable to find USB-C to USB-C hubs for more ports.

Are the cameras compatible with a USB-C to USB-A cable?

The cable supplied with the camera is a USB-A to Type-C cable (full size USB connector on the end that connects to the computing hardware or USB hub), and Type-C micro connector (on the end that plugs into the side of the camera). So you should not have any trouble finding a USB 3 hub to attach the multiple cameras to.

It is also possible to connect the camera to a micro-size 'USB OTG' port on a mobile device or single-board computer (like the Up Board example shown below) with a full size USB-A connector by using an adaptor.
