ZR300 Fisheye Image is Dark

Folks,

I just bought a ZR300, and the fisheye image was looking fine for like half a day, and now it is always dark (I can only see my hand's shadow when I get really close to the camera). Could it be broken? Or is that a setting that needs to be adjusted? The depth and IR images are working fine, and I can see the laser dots on the IR image, so I know the laser is working.
