I saw the release notice for 2016R3 and the link for the R@ version, but that version dioes NOT point at the SDK, just the runtime and DCMs

There seems to be something weird going on with the SDK download links today. All of the links that used to let you choose an SDK version from a drop-down menu now just start automatically downloading an SDK package.
I eventually managed to track down a link that lets you choose the files to download. Is this what you needed?
