Decode MJPEG via HW?

Hi all,

we need to decode MJPEG stream from IP camera to NV12 frames (HW mode).

We've realized H264 to NV12 decoder already via MSDK/HW.

But we can't decode MJPEG to NV12 in HW mode. Is it possible in general?

Hardware acceleration for JPEG/MJPEG is available, but only for newer hardware.

  • Decode: 4th Generation Core and forward
  • Encode: 6th Generation Core and forward
