Hi,

It has been removed from Intel website. GitHub MediaSDK is a successor of MSS:

Thanks Dimitdy, but my sw works only with old libva and Media Server Studio 2017 was the last working sdk.

Is there any chance to get Media Server Studio 2017 (linux)  from anywhere?

Hi Ivan,

We have ended Media Server Studio product line a year ago. So we don't have the download available now.

It is better to use Open Source Media SDK. You can find an old version in GitHub which is closer to the original version.

Is there any reason you still want to use the old version of Media Server Studio?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, I use MSS 2017 and ipvtl with QuickSync encoding on my intel  E3-1585 v5 for a years, but ipvtl QuickSync works only with MSS 2017.

With MSS2018 and also with Open Source Media SDK  I've got error

libva error: /opt/intel/mediasdk/lib64/iHD_drv_video.so has no function __vaDriverInit_0_32

I have to reinstall one of my server, but I don't have MSS 2017 installation file so therefore I'm asking for it.

If anybody have MediaServerStudioEssential2017x.tar.gz  or professional pls share it with me.
