How can i release my APP using MSDK

Hi. this maybe a old problem. But i didn't found such ones after a searching.
The release page lists some conditions. My problem is: Do end-users need install Intel Media SDK to get SW dll? Or can my APP just includes these Dlls and put them in some directory?

Hi,

Your application can just include the Media SDK SW DLL as part of the install package. No need to install Intel Media SDK by application end users.

The Media SDK HW is distributed as a part of the Intel graphics driver.
