I would like to get a copy of library "C for Media Runtime API", it seems not public downloadable. Does it need make some contract or become the partner of Intel? Could you please let me know what's the process of getting it?
The scenario that I need this library:
We need build a project get from our partner. The project depends on the library "C for Media Runtime API". Our partner could not send us the library because the library released by Intel is under NDA.

We have recently open-sourced CM runtime together with Intel media driver and CM compiler. We also put the CM package in 01.org (https://01.org/c-for-media-development-package). The source code are path below respectively,
· Intel Media Driver for VAAPI and Intel® C for Media Runtime: https://github.com/intel/media-driver/
