Is the VAAPI encoding whitepaper for Intel Atom E6XX valid for the N4200?

Hello,

I'm currently following this whitepaper to implement hardware h264 encoding on the N4200:

The whitepaper is targetted at the Atom E6XX processors, but I'm wondering if I can use it for my target hardware - the N4200. The article is dated 2011 so I'm not sure if its still considered valid.
