Licensing issue

We'd like to use your Media SDK for Linux in our software.

What is the licensing policy for commercial use. What will be the royalties (if any) and where can be found the licensing agreement for commercial use?

While there may have been reasons to take some part of the discussion of the raised licensing topic off-site, it seems to me a a general question that others might be interested in validating a public response. I know that the Linux Media SDK is still in beta but as we get closer to the release these questions will pop up (and this thread should perhaps have been moved to the associated Linux variant of this forum).

Thanks.
