Hi everyone
i am working with the sample_multi_transcode (on a intel UHD Graphics 630 gen 9 intel cpu)
when i run this command with software rendering
sample_multi_transcode.exe -i::jpeg Untitled123.jpeg -o::jpeg out.jpeg -sw -q 100 -denoise 50
i get a test pass - and everything is ok
however this command with hardware rendering i get errors
sample_multi_transcode.exe -i::jpeg Untitled123.jpeg -o::jpeg out.jpeg -hw -q 100 -denoise 50
am i missing something? am i doing something wrong?
any lead will help thank you!

Hi,
Thanks for posting in Intel forums.
The commands mentioned in your post is correct.Try the same command to run samples.From the screenshot we could see that you have missed '-hw' in your command,include that and let us know the updates.

Hi,
Thanks for the update.
We tried your sample in Intel UHD Graphics 620 and we were not able to recreate the issue.Hence we are escalating this case to SME.

Hi,
From the screenshot I could see an older media sdk version, so try to update that and run the sample again.If that didn't work, then run sample decode and encode.Try this and let us know the update.
