No MFX_PLUGINID_HEVCE_FEI_HW dll

I would like to ask help for something about MFX_PLUGINID_HEVCE_FEI_HW

I install Intel MSS 2017 Professional Edition on Win7 i7 3770 64bit OS , I am not buy it, just a evaluation edition. I found there are 3 plugin in directory.

HEVC encode (sw)

HEVC decode (sw)

HEVC GACC

So question is where is other plugins such as MFX_PLUGINID_HEVCE_FEI_HW ? If I need buy a licence of Pro edition.
