Query about HW HEVC plugin: CBR in Media Server Studio 2017 R2

Hi,

Does HW HEVC Plugin in Media Server Studio 2017 R2 (community version) support CBR encoding on CentOS 7.2/SKL now?  According to the release notes, it still lists supported BRC to be CQP only for HEVC. Can you clarify?  (And how about the GACC plugin in Professional version?)
