Redistribution license question

Hello,

We are using Media SDK 2012 in our development and wish to redistribute its binaries within our commercial encoder product.

If my understanding is correct, the Media SDK product is going for free (please confirm).

But what about the royalties for commercial redistribution?

Yes, Media SDK 2012 is a free download and requires no royalties to Intel. For more information on distribution please see the EULA and section 1.8 in the Intel Media SDK 2012 Developer's Guide. However, as stated in the EULA, the Intel license does not cover royalties to other organizations such as MPEG LA.
