Turn on the VAAPI ?

Hello Sir

How do we turn on the VAAPI and know the status (turn on / off) of the VAAPI? 

We do play h264 streamer(1080P FPS = 30) on  yocto + Qt5 + VAAPI + E3950 board,

The CPU usage is too high (130 %), if we play two 1080P video streams, the videos will be slowly

( FPS downgrade from 30 to 40 ) 

The  VAAPI seems to launch from below console log.

libva info: va_openDriver() returns 0

Updated, the FPS are downgraded form 30 to 20 after playing two 1080P videos streams.
