Video processing blt with EVR

We develop player with intel Media SDK and our decoder (filter) uses Media SDK's sample code (sample_decode.exe).

In DXVA2 decoding & video rendering model, the DXVA2 decoder convert image as setting of Intel HD graphics control panel > Video properties.

In different model with own decoder filter (see above) connected variable renderer (EVR, VMR7, VMR9...) there is some way to apply Intel HD graphics control panels video properties to rendering images?
