Hi, Support for the MediaSDK hardware accelration should have been installed as part of the graphics driver if you are installing this on Windows 7 OS. Was the graphics driver ( 8.15.10.2761 ) one that was on the sytem when purchased, or was it installed from intel.com download? If it was the latter, were there any errors on installation?
