the sentence in manual  "The application must allocate two frame surface pools, one for the input and the other for the output" ,please give me specified function.

Hi,

I'm assuming you are referring to VPP. In any case, the best approach to understand the behavior is to take a look at the provided SDK samples which showcases how to allocate surface memory.
