h264 encoder configuration parameters documentation

Im working on windows 7 using compulab intense PC platform.

1) I have a speicial application requiring a customised constant QP, fixed GOP structure, and a need to manually control the performance vs speed use case (i/e/ we dont want to use the preconfigured target usage models). In the developers manual we find only a specialized use cases setting (in the appendix - blue-ray etc.) where can we find a documentation that details the full parameters setting that we can configure for ourselves?

2) can we get any documentation/description of the stabilization VPP algorithm implemented in the sdk ?

Hi Shavit,

The Media SDK reference manual lists all the available encoder parameters. Do you have questions regarding a specific parameter?

The specified TargetUsage modes are the only available quality modes of the SDK. 

We cannot share the internal details of the the Image stabilization algorithm.
