Hi everyone! It's pretty short the info about IntRefQPDelta we found in the mfxExtCodingOption2 section on https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/696131 - saying: 

Specifies QP difference for inserted intra MBs. This is signed value in [-51, 51] range. This parameter is valid during initialization and runtime.

So what exactly does it mean and what result I should expect setting (by example) IntRefQPDelta = 10 in relation to IntRefQPDelta = 20 or IntRefQPDelta = -10? Any help is appreciated.
