While is does indeed support some processor features (and much more in the case of SoC processors), the Intel Chipset Device Software (a.k.a. INF Update) package is still considered specific to the motherboard (and may be customized by the motherboard manufacturer) and thus is distributed by the motherboard manufacturer. You did not mention what motherboard you are using, so I cannot help you find the package, but it should be found on the manufacturer's website in the support/downloads page specific to this motherboard.
