  1. What version of Intel XTU are you running?
  2. Did this issue start after a recent Windows update, BIOS update, or hardware change?
  3. What specific XTU settings were you trying to apply (overclocking, undervolting, power limits)?
  4. Were these settings working previously before the restart?
  5. Does XTU load successfully, or does it crash during startup?
  6. What exact error message does XTU display when configuration fails?
  7. Does the error occur immediately when opening XTU or when applying settings?
  8. Have you tried running XTU as administrator?
  9. Does the issue persist if you reset XTU to default settings?
  10. Are there any other overclocking tools (MSI Afterburner, etc.) running simultaneously?
