I tried playing Empire of the Ants Demo and it kept crashing. I then took the computer in to my store and the BIOS was updated with the latest to help fix intel cpu issues.
My system has been stable for the year since I bought it and have no instability issues with windows. After the BIOS update, I was able to get in the game, but today it took 2 crashes before I could get in it to play for a bit.
The crash I recieve takes me to https://www.radgametools.com/oodleintel.htm.
I also recieve alot of crashes with Palworld.
Does this crash info mean that I should replace the cpu? Is it already damaged? Just wanted to get a little feedback before returning to the shop. Having knowledge always helps.

Change the CPU Loadline Calibration Control.
Select mode 1 first, then increase to a maximum of mode 9.
You have to find a mode in which the PC will be stable and at the same time the highest score in multicore movies and at the same time max 80C.

Thanks for the reply. I presume it is an option in the bios I can change. How will I know if I have a good setting? I presume the game will run without hassle.
Did a bit of research on it and I think Level 1 is like the highest setting so going up in levels lowers the overclocking or something. So I guess when they game runs good, it is then on a good setting.

download the latest BIOS with 0x12B microcode update. After that, you probably won't have to change the LCC.
You also need to set the official TDP 181W.
The correct setting will be such that the Windows system does not crash during Cinebench, OCCT, etc. benchmarks with a temperature of up to 80°C. If you have a temperature of up to 80°C in the multicore, you will have up to 60°C while playing games, because the games only use performance cores. Then write me your temperature results and score.

First thanks both of you.
Prior to starting this post I had taken the system into Umart and they updated the bios to F12 which is the latest with all microcode fixes. I should also mention that the developer of Empire of Ants has noted the issue I have which may mean it could be due to a game error that it not working right.
I ran the cinebench and used that other program. My system is idle at moment for the results. I may need to restart it and do again, but hopefully this will help. From what I see is the W and A are quite different from yours, but that might just be due to a different cpu. On the website the cpu says this:
Processor Base Power
125 W
Maximum Turbo Power
253 W

I just tried again today. I closed chrome and any other things on desktop. I left all main programs running in taskbar. I don't get crashes, my system is stable. I have Corsair iCUE H100i Capellix XT 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler (CW-9060068-WW) on cpu.
However, look at this new pic.
This was while running the benchmark. Since the bios is updated, should I go and reset it to default just incase something is off there. Or is there some settings I should ajust.

1 is a bit off, but you should be able to read it fine. I just found that lcc section which had been moved since last time I was looking in bios but I haven't touched it yet as you can see.

Just want to thank you for offering some help. I will see what I can do from here. If you can, I not sure of the reddit link you talked about.
