14900kf has trouble firing up popular games

Hello, I bought an intel 14900kf processor and I can't run the games I play such as fortnite or battlefield2042, I have seen many topics on Reddit about this and I don't know which side is the problem of the processor manufacturer or the developer. Will the problem be solved in the future?

I came to some discussions, but I do not know how to address them in relation to future productions:

Hello @Fake

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

We sincerely regret you are experiencing issues with your Intel® Core™ i9-14900KF Processor, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Please answer the following:

·      Were the games working before?

·      Do the games crash or would not start?

·      Since your Intel® Core™ i9-14900KF does not have integrated graphics, have you contact the GPU manufacturer?

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Graphics Command Center

Best regards,
