6700K CPU RMA no response

Hi,

I've submitted a RMA request 5 days ago and so far there's still no response. My ticket (02763811) just shows as open and with a bizare request from someone if I can resend my request in chinese...( even though my request was in english). Can someone help? Is this normal for a RMA process?
