I own several machines. Two in particular with Intel i7-8750UH processors. One is Dell and the Other is Lenovo.
The Dell XPS 15 9570 has 32GB memory and a UHD panel. The Lenovo P52 has 32GB memory and HD panel.
The P52 has dual M.2 slots and the XPS has a single slot.
Both machines endure BSOD galore with Windows 11. Not sure why as both have clean installs of Windows 11.
My T14 has a 10th gen i7 CPU and it has been stable. So what is up with 8th gen processors.

Blaming the processor seems to be the currently accepted cause of all evil.
However, have you update the bios? Have you run the chipset Inf? Have you updated the drivers?
Were any of these machines cloned from another?

I think I have stumbled onto the cause. The Intel SGX needs to be set to software controlled instead of just being enabled. This allows the machine to work properly with Windows 11. This shows the UEFI/BIOS has some issues for Windows 11 users.
