Do not be afraid to release the CAPS LOCK.

 

Was the board posting before?  What bios do you have?

Yes. I went in to check if I could change  some setting for windows 11 and when I turned it back on blank screen

Windows 11 is not supported on your board, or processor.

 

What settings did you change?  Have you removed the bios jumper and tried to boot?
