This appears to be related to an issue under investigation on Microsoft's forums: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5921413/recurring-0x1e-bugcheck-in-nt-exppooltrackercharge
It appears it is a crash being caused by faulty 275HX processors when they hit that particular instruction under some unknown precondition.
