I've tried on several occasions, different browsers and devices it will not allow me to send a ticket in for a warranty request for instability on a 14900k. My computer crashes several times per day even after updating bios, im affraid the damage has already been done long ago and the issues have gotten worse over time. Can someone help me create a ticket or get me in touch with someone who can?

Hello mcconnell113,
Greetings from Intel Customer Support.
I understand that you're having trouble submitting warranty request for your CPU. Please share the information below so that I can assist you effectively.
- Did you make recent changes to the system before the issue occurred?
- Could you share your purchase date with me? As for processors within 30 days, Intel typically recommends going through your retailer for the fastest warranty service. That said, I'm here to help troubleshoot the issue first, we might be able to resolve it without needing to involve your place of purchase at all.
- Did you overclock the processor? (Please note that if the system was overclocked (manually or using Intel® Speed Optimizer or AI Assist or other methods), including voltage/frequency beyond the processor supported specifications, your processor voids warranty.)
I look forward to your response.
Best regards

thanks for the reply, it was having the crashing issues a while back and so i updated the bios to the newest version that was supposed to help with the 14900k issue with over volting the cpu. the pc has been experiencing more regular crashes as time has progressed, i've tried several times to submit a ticket but couldn't get it to work. I didn't overclock the processor. purchase date is april 5th 2024 and it was purchased on amazon via the intel store.

and to clarify i didn't overvolt, the known issue with this cpu was that some of the manufacturers boards were sending too many volts to this CPU causing damage or that's what i believe i read but it's been a while since looking into it.
