Hello, I am having a few issues with my cpu underperforming.
I ran a few stress tests and stability tests that all came back with no issues found but the one thing I noticed is if I run a Cinebench R23 test the results that come back are roughly 4k points lower than what is recorded among many online benchmarking sites as well as some Build videos on YT from within the last 6 months using the same processor an Motherboard.
Supposedly from the online sources ive checked the cpu should be around 16000 multicore on cinebench and I am scoring roughly 12400
As for Single core it is benchmarking at the correct number around 1770 so I am not sure what is causing the multicore to benchmark lower.
The only things I've changed in the Bios settings is turning Rebar and xmp on. XMP is also running the memory at 3600 checked in bios , task manager and hwinfo64. Bios is UEFI , Secure boot on , Csm off. Bios is up to date with the most recent update in December of 2025 and windows 11 is also up to date showing no new updates detected
CPU temperatures never broke past 50c during any of the tests. Also tests were ran with Hwinfo64 open to watch temperatures and then I also ran them without hwinfo open and no other programs or background tasks running with pretty much the same scores within a few points.
Also I have tried both balanced mode and performance mode in the control panels power plan settings and they were practically the same score performance plan was actually always slightly less for some reason.
Any help would be appreciated please
