CPU running at e cores clock speed?

Hi guys,
I have rebuilt my PC and I notice that all cores are running at e cores speed while gaming
I have updated everything, Windows bios and installed all drivers and it doesn't help
I have i5 14600kf with 6 p cores and 8 e cores
The p cores should run at 5.3 MHz
and the e cores at 4 MHz
but while gaming they all run at 3994 MHz
although the temperature doesn't rise more than 50 degrees
can you please help me? Thanks

Hello SkrXR,

Thank you for posting in the communities!

For us to better assist you on boosting the performance of your Intel Core i5-14600KF CPU, may I know the following details below:

  • What game are you trying to play?
  • May I know the game settings of the game that you're playing?
  • Can you take a screenshot of the E-cores and P-cores while playing?
  • is your P-cores enabled in the BIOS?

Once we have this information, we will be able to proceed with the next course of action and work towards resolving the issue you are facing.

Hello SkrXR,

Thank you for sharing this information with us.

  • I'll take a note on this; can you take a screenshot of the E-cores and P-cores while playing?
  • May I also know if your P-cores enabled in the BIOS?

This will greatly help us on the investigation.
