CPU issue

I wasn’t able to find the correct page to submit this inquiry, so I’m posting here for guidance.
I’m looking for some advice regarding a possible CPU issue.
I purchased a 14th Gen Intel CPU in 2024 to build my PC. Last year, the system started having problems. I went back to the store where I bought the parts, and we replaced all components except the CPU, but the issue was still not resolved.
After troubleshooting, the store believes the CPU is the cause of the problem. However, I no longer have the original box, so the store says they cannot replace it.
I do have purchase information
In this case, is it possible to request warranty support directly from Intel? Who should I contact, or what would be the recommended next step?
