CPU power

Hello

I use the Intel TAT to read the CPU power consumption when the machine is power-on. The list shows IA Power, GT power, Rest of Package Power and Package Power. I want to know which CPU units do these power supplies provide power to?

I use AI to get this below information.

IA power, is Power for the CPU cores (Performance & Efficient cores)?

GT Power, is Power for the integrated GPU?

Rest of Package Power, is power for essential supporting parts like the memory controller (VTT), System Agent, cache, and other I/O controllers on the chip?
