CPU usage 100% when playing

Hello,

When im playing games my processor usage is on 100%.

I've tried to find a reason but unsuccessfully.

Processor: Intel Core i5-9400F

Graphic card: MSI GeForce RTX 2060

Memory RAM: 16GB

Can you help me solve this problem ?

Have you checked the game to make sure it is not configured for processor rendering?
