I have a faulty i5 13600k that support has approved for warranty exchange. This was over 10 days ago. The next step was to confirm that I agree to the credit card charge for the advanced replacement of the chip. Which I did. Over 10 days ago. Someone was supposed to call to get the credit card info to place the hold on it so Intel Support can ship the chip. No one has called me, everyday, I post a comment in the ticket comments asking for help. Yesterday I called the support line and after a long hold, that agent told me there's nothing he can do and that I just need to wait longer. The absence of this chip is causing business delays. Even by Intel support policy, someone was supposed to reach out by the 10th of October if I hadn't responded. But I did respond, I respond everyday asking for help. This is ridiculous. Our support ticket number is 06376461. Please, if anyone at Intel is reading, we really need this chip.
