Calculate Max Memory Bandwidth without prefetch

Hi!

I've run the bw_mem test of lmbench and it said that my Bandwidth is 4.95GB/s..

But how can i get this Bandwidth without SW prefetching?

And without memory affinity?

This is for using with Roofline Model ( http://www.eecs.berkeley.edu/Pubs/TechRpts/2008/EECS-2008-134.pdf http://www.eecs.berkeley.edu/Pubs/TechRpts/2008/EECS-2008-134.pdf ) of my machine which has:

Intel Pentium T3200

Main Memory; Dual Channel DDR2 667 1024+2048=3GB
