Can i boot pc i5 13400F without GPU?

Hi i want to try boot my pc i5 13400F without GPU. I will do this not to get display from the cpu, but to find out if the computer is working. Can i boot my pc without gpu?

F processors do not have graphics.

Any other graphics control will be in your bios, so check there.
