Both of these devices are resolved by installing the Chipset Device Software package for your motherboard. Your motherboard vendor will supply this package in their download center.

Look on the asus support site for your board.  Under "chipset", select see all downloads:

Then you did something wrong.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Just installing the chipset driver may be enough to clear these errors in Device Manager. I would also recommend that from the ASUS Driver & Tools support page for the Z790 P WIFI install as well Intel Serial IO Software v30.100.2417.30 and Intel Management Engine (ME) Interface v2428.6.2.0.

Then update your BIOS to the latest version 1820 if you have not already done so. Finally ME Update Tool Version 16.1.35.2557_S dated 2025/06/13 should be be run. As its name suggests it will update the ME firmware, this is to fix a security issue.

I can't find these drivers .My computer is an HP Victus 16 and its operating system is Windows 10 Pro.

HP have a web page titled Software and Drivers for Victus by HP Laptop 16-d1xxx (7Z3W9U8) that may be the right one of your PC. The driver you need is probably the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver under the Driver-Chipset section. I would suggest you also install the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver and Intel Serial IO Driver.

The HP web page can be found here. It only offers a choice of Windows 11 as the operating system but select Windows 11 in the box on right hand side and click Submit. This will then lead to a page listing available drivers. Note that at the top of this page there is a button that offers to Detect my software and drivers and you may prefer to use this option to make certain they are the right ones for your machine.
