I want to know if my motherboard can handle this processor : Intel® Pentium® Processor E6600 (2M Cache, 3.06 GHz, 1066 FSB)

my motherboard is : D945GTP chipset : http://www.intel.com/products/desktop/chipsets/945g/945g-overview.htm Intel® 945G chipset

can anyone help me?
