Hello Aziz470,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum and sharing your insights regarding the processor.

I would like to inform you that your processor, Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF, has a base frequency of 4.2 GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of up to 5.2 GHz.  In your case it is running at 4.7-4.8 Ghz which is very much expected behaviour and no harm to the processors

The speeds you are seeing in Task Manager (around 4.7–4.8 GHz) are completely normal. This is due to Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, which allows the processor to automatically run at higher speeds than the base frequency when additional performance is needed and thermal/power conditions allow.

For more detailed specifications, you can refer to the official Intel page below:

Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 Processor 245KF

Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

We look forward to your response so we can assist you further.

Best Regards,
