Does CPU E5 2620 compatible with UCS-MR-1X162RU (memory)?

i need to install a new mermory UCS-MR-1X162RU and i don't have any idea it is going to work with this processor or not any support?

better you can contact with the motherboard manufacturer , because newer ram version requires compatible BIOS version , and newer ram needs correct slot
