Download problem

I am downloading new update for my İntel İ5 in this site. And ı downloaded same update like 6 time but there is still option that is still writing "download" what am ı need to do?

What update?  What are you downloading?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

What do you  mean "its still showing download/"

I just downloaded that driver in firefox with no problem.  What browser are you using?

Look, in here, ı downloaded the first update like 7 time but its not showing up to date. İts still showing download button. And my intel ARC program keep saying we cant found any update, intel arc maybe offline or may be having trouble finding.

That screen will not show you if you are up to date.

Go to your download folder and execute ONE of the seven downloads and let it INSTALL the driver.

I already downloaded and restarted my computer but its still saying download

Downloading is not the same as installing.  Do what I said - execute one of the seven downloads and install the driver.  Then, restart your machine if you are prompted to.

Also, if you really did download the driver seven times, you should probably cleanup your download folder as seven copies of this driver are taking up about 10GB of storage.

Where can ı find the files?

If you downloaded seven times, and if your download folder is DOWNLOADS, you should see the seven donwloads there.

If not, there is nothing else I can do to help you.  You need to learn to navigate your system and learn where things are.

Yeah ı already did, especially ı said clean install so its deleting old version.
