Driver missing when installing Windows 11

I've just purchased an HP Omen 14 and I want to install Windows. I don't have any other Windows computer so I can build a Windows 11 boot drive manually but not with the Windows 11 Installation Media.

I've made a USB drive with Windows 11 but when I try to install it, it keeps asking for a missing driver. The HP Page only have drivers in .exe format (and as I said, I don't have any other windows computer). Is it possible to have the required drivers in any other format?

These are the specs:

Processor: Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 185H (up to 5.1 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 24 MB L3 cache, 16 cores, 22 threads)
Hard drive: 1 TB PCIe® Gen4 NVMe™ Performance M.2 SSD
Graphics (integrated): Intel® Arc™ Graphics
Graphics (discrete): NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB GDDR6 dedicated)
Memory: 32 GB LPDDR5x-7467 MT/s (onboard) Transfer rates up to 7467 MT/s. onboard

Use the Windows 11 media creator here:

Thanks for your reply, AlHill. As I mentioned in my post, I don't have another Windows PC. Is it possible to have the actual drivers to install Windows from a bootable ISO?

What drivers?  I would be surprised if the windows install media did not have  them.

Go to a friends house or library and use the windows pc there to make the install media.

The only feedback that the installation process gives using a manual made Windows 11 bootable drive with the ISO from Microsoft is a "controller driver" so I suppose it's a Intel storage controller driver (for the Intel® Core™ Ultra processor family).

I was trying to find a workaround to the "media creation tool process" as I'm currently 50 miles away from any other human being

Most all of these that I have seen is due to the media not being created properly, which is why I refer users to the microsoft link.

Maybe.. I'm not using an image flash app or anything like that but dd command in ubuntu 22.04, I think that should create a good bootable drive with no errors but who knows.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your help. I'll wait till I travel back to busy Madrid. Best
