Engineering Sample CPU

I bought a Morefine mini PC,
The description says i3-1220P
After checking, it turned out that the processor is i3-1220P Engineering Sample.

The fact that the seller did not indicate in the description that this is an Engineering Sample, is this a deception?

Is it legal for me to use it?
Is it legal if I want to sell it? Can I not say - Engineering sample - when selling?
Is it legal to send this Mini PC by international mail?
or it is equated to counterfeit / pirated products / and other items prohibited for shipment?

You should not have an ES processor.

You need to work this out with the seller.
