High CPU Temperature related issue (i5 13450hx)

hey intel 

i just wanna ask u all is my laptop in degrading because its not even been 1 year and i am facing high temperature related issue like while playing games in normal and even performance mode ,i face with high temps like about 95+ temps ,constant ,and sometimes it thermal trottles also ,ik it is normal for hx series cpu ,but still its pretty high ,and the gpu temp is ig fine 

So please reply and laptop model name is 15irx9

You need to be talking to the manufacturer of this laptop. The handling of thermals is their responsibility.
A poor design - especially one that relies on the processor's throttling capability - is, IMHO, the manufacturer stealing money from you by shipping this cheaper, inadequate, inferior cooling solution.
