How can I monitor the temperature/voltage of dual E5-2687Wv3 CPUs? I've looked at a few software packages and they do not seem to handle this well.

You can download the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility. This is a software application that allows you to monitor the processor

 

temperature, frequency,voltage and much more uses.
