How to identify a core number

I have recently gotten a new laptop and one of the games I have played for a long time keeps crashing on it. I was told I could in the options set the core number for the game to run on as it is a single core game. It has to run on a P core however not one of the E cores.

After talking to game support and to Amazon where I got the laptop, I was told to come here to find out how to find what core is what. I have an Intel® Core™ i7-13650HX Processor in the laptop. Could anyone help me identify the P from E cores?
